Katie Ford is a Tulsa native with a passion for helping people learn to live their best lives. She is a NASM certified personal trainer, certified corrective exercise specialist, experienced powerlifter, and behavioral change nerd.

Each session is tailored to fit your goals and focus on injury prevention. I perform a detailed assessment, including an evaluation of lifestyle and movement patterns, before working with a client.
Personalized Online Coaching—$80-160 per month
Online coaching consists of personalized workouts to suit your goals and skill level. Not only will you have a clear direction for your fitness journey, but there will be a high level of accountability. I strongly encourage all of my clients to send form videos and provide feedback on every workout.
